Flexible packaging for industrial applications.

For a well-known manufacturer of adhesives, IWK developed the Card-to-Card blister packaging system CABLIblue 870. The system produces robust, all‑cardboard blisters completely without single-use plastics, opening up entirely new possibilities in sustainable packaging development. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Result:

  • Blister machine with 22 cycles per minute
  • 176 blisters per minute with 8-up format
  • 264 blisters per minute with 12-up format
  • Modular expansion possible for future product variants
