IWK tube fillers process recyclable materials and enable material savings through precise filling and sealing behavior. Thanks to standardized interfaces, they can be easily integrated into existing lines.
Aluminium, plastic and laminate tubes are available as standard. Recyclable monomaterials are also available as an option.
The product-contact parts can optionally be cleaned and sterilized using qualified CIP and SIP systems.
Depending on the selected performance class, IWK tube filling systems can process 40 to 760 tubes per minute.
