IWK Packaging Technology under new management

Since March 2025 Andreas Graf is the leading manager of IWK Verpackungstechnik GmbH in Stutensee, Germany. In his role, he is responsible for the global business activities as President of the entire IWK Group, including strategic planning and employee management. His expertise in lean manufacturing, employee engagement and business development is instrumental in driving IWK’s continued success and innovation as a manufacturer of packaging systems for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and non-food.

Andreas Graf has extensive knowledge as a managing director in the international packaging industry, especially in the pharmaceutical and personal care sectors, which are core markets of IWK. With his wealth of experience in leadership, change management and strategic growth in the manufacturing and automation industries, he is the ideal fit for this role.
